Biography
I’m from Republic of Moldova, in Europe. Before becoming a colorist I was an artist and inker, but I wasn’t definitely satisfied about it so I changed my path and I started to color different pages, learning Photoshop.
Of course at the beginning it was hard and slow. I like to color comic book pages, covers, and pinups. I was impressed by the vibrant colors in some comic books.
The interesting moment is that in my country comic books don’t exist. One friend from another country gave me a couple of comic books about Wolverine and Spiderman and I was amazed! I made some comic books from scratch, no digital nothing, only on paper with line art, panels, and colored with gouache. That’s how it all started.
