Beaky McWizenstein is the second in command and head enforcer of the bird gang in the Kill Rabbit world. He rose through the ranks of the gang due to his high intelligence and mastery of martial arts. He is also devoutly religious.
The bird part of the city in the Kill Rabbit world is called The Birdcage.
