Origin
Balder is the youngest member of The Cosmic. He is a being of almost pure empathy. He did not take true form until he was adopted into the Norse Pantheon. He is nearly indestructible to all matter, energy, and fundamental forces. He is responsible for “the sleep of the dragons.” This means that while Balder is alive all the dragons on Earth remain dormant.
